Eid Celebration

All are welcome to join us as we gather for a Community Eid event, enjoying delicious food and our community members! Please RSVP below and bring a potluck item to contribute.

This event is organized by a group of CTC residents and non-residents, Turkish American Society of MN (TASMN).

As the blessed month of Ramadan comes to a close, the Turkish American Society of Minnesota (TASMN), in collaboration with CTC, are excited to extend our heartfelt invitation to you and your loved ones to join us for a joyous Eid celebration!

Eid is a time of gratitude, joy, and togetherness, and what better way to mark this special occasion than by coming together as a community to celebrate? Our Eid celebration will be filled with laughter, delicious food, and wonderful company. From traditional dishes to festive decorations, we have planned an event that promises to be memorable for all who attend.

Whether you're young or old, new to the community or a long-time resident, everyone is welcome to join in the festivities. Let's come together to share in the spirit of Eid and strengthen the bonds that unite us as neighbors and friends.We can't wait to celebrate Eid with you and create cherished memories together!

Potluck-style Dinner

We encourage all attendees to contribute to our potluck-style dinner by bringing a dish, salad, fruit, or non-alcoholic beverage to share with their peers. In the spirit of dietary inclusivity, kindly ensure that all items adhere to halal or vegetarian guidelines, or are prepackaged with Kosher symbols.

Volunteer Opportunity

  1. Food Service Volunteers: We need 5-6 adult volunteers from the CTC Community to assist with food service during both the Eid Celebration. To volunteer for food service, please contact Serpil Misirli.

  2. Musical Performers: If you have a musical talent you'd like to share, we invite you to be a part of our entertainment lineup! Whether you play an instrument, sing, or have another musical talent, we would love to feature your performance during the celebration. To volunteer as a musical performer, please contact Serpil Misirli.
