Mom and Baby Fitness
Mom and Baby Fitness featuring yoga, infant massage and Pilates exercise class.
4:30PM - 5:30PM in the Community Kitchen.
Participants will take turns each week as the Audio-Visual key holder. Bring your baby and come exercise with other new moms! Wear comfortable loose fitting clothing. Bring a soft blanket on which to lay down your baby on the floor. Sign up at the CTC Main office desk or just come and join the group on Tuesdays! Free, fun fitness for you and your baby!
