New Resident Orientation

THURSDAY, January 21st
6:00 pm Upstairs Community Center

 

This is a mandatory meeting for all new residents to learn how the co-op works, policies and procedures and to orientate residents of their role in the operations of the cooperative. 
ALL new residents must attend ONE session within 2 months of moving in.
If a new resident fails to attend they will be assessed a $50 fine per month until they attend.
 
Our goal is to provide you with the necessary information of CTC living, policies, procedures and guidelines.
