CTC will be offering a Women’s only self defense course.

The courses will cover topics taught to US military personnel and law enforcement officers to keep them safe on the job. Topics in the course will include mindset, awareness, natural body movement, striking, blocking, take-downs, and defense against weapons. The instructor of this course series was a former Navy Hospital Corpsmen with numerous years experience teaching foreign forces, military and law enforcement officers. He is currently a UMN student and is also working toward a Law Enforcment certification in Krav Maga.
