Cooking Class

Join Us in the upstairs kitchen of the Community Center for cooking class!

Sylvie will be volunteering her time this month and bringing her West Coast traditions to Minnesota. She will be teaching how to make Fish Tacos (topped with tomatoes, avocado, cabbage, and cilantro jalapeno sauce). She will also make a cucumber lemonade.

If you are interested in teaching future classes, you can show how to prepare your favorite food and CTC will reimburse you for the ingredients. 

This class is open to all CTC residents and FREE!
