Join Us in the upstairs kitchen of the Community Center for cooking class!
Seyma is Volunteering this month!
Seyma is going to show us how to cook bulgur (Turkish rice- boiled and pounded wheat) with vegetables. Ingredients- oil, tomato pate, salt, onion, eggplant and green pepper.
If you are interested in teaching future classes, you can show how to prepare your favorite food and CTC will reimburse you for the ingredients.
This class is open to all CTC residents and FREE!
