Finance Committee Description:
CTC’s Finance Committee monitors and optimizes the operational budget, annual audit, proposed rents and fees, and CTC investments, with the assistance of CTC Management and CTC auditor.
- Propose Annual Budget: Work with the CTC Management representative, review and give recommendations for annual budget to the Board of Directors for approval.
- Approve Annual Audit: Work with the CTC Management representative, review and give recommendations for annual audit to the Board of Directors for approval.
- Examine the future financial needs of CTC and make recommendations to the Board.
- CTC Investments: Work with the CTC Management representative, review and give recommendations for investments as needed or directed by Board of Directors.

Finance Committee Members:
- The Committee shall meet at least 2 times a year or as needed.
- The Finance Committee shall include no more than 5 members who will be exempt from routine laundry duty.

- Review FY21-22 Audit Draft (July 1, 2021- June 30, 2022)
- Review Finance Committee description and role
- Consider being the designated chair to lead the conversation and make recommendations to the board
Meeting Objectives:
- Review and approve the Audit with any recommendations to the board
- Determine next meetings for Budget review and approval
