National Night Out (NNO)
CTC is hosting our annual block party for our residents to celebrate NNO, meet University Police Officers and neighbors, and overall unite to keep CTC safe against crime!
Neighborhood Block Party
National Night Out (NNO) is an annual nationwide event that encourages residents to get out in the community, holding block parties and getting to know their neighbors as a way to encourage crime prevention. It's a great way to promote community-police partnerships and enjoy a Minnesota summer evening surrounded by friends and family.
- Date: Tuesday, August 6, 2024
- Time: 5:00-7:00 pm
- Location: Sport Court area (Ward 8)
- If unideal weather conditions, we may move the event inside the Community Center.
Special Guests:
- U of M Police Department (UMPD): Meet with the UMPD officers from 6:00-6:30 pm, building relationships and touring their equipment and cars, for a better understanding of how they help keep our community safe!
