Join UMPD for a free bike safety camp for all ages 5+ on July 12 at CTC's Sport Court! More details plus the registration link below.
Join UMPD's Bike Safety Camp at CTC's Sport Court (ward 8), where the University's Police Bike Unit and Community Engagement Team will educate riders on biking skills, etiquette, and precautions. Plus, Free Book Buggie will be handing out age appropriate books to kids/families who attend during the bike safety camp!
Event Details
- Ages 5 years and older, and all children must be attended by an adult.
- Register in advance for the event: Register now!
- Lunch will be provided for riders.
- Please bring your bike and helmet.

Bike Repair Clinic
During the event, volunteers are hosting a bike repair clinic:
Come get your bike or your kid’s bike fixed or learn to do it yourself, or help others. We’ll be doing simple adjustments, patching tires, filling tires, fixing brakes, oiling chains, etc. There will be a limited number of spare parts available, plus common bike tools and repair stands.
