Learn the basics of self-defense by attending this workshop, hosted by the University of Minnesota Department of Public Safety (UMPD)! All are welcome.

- Upstairs Room (located on the second floor of the CTC Community Center)
Class will include:
- Learning practical strategies to get yourself out of potentially dangerous situations
- Practicing easy self-defense techniques
- Question and answer session
- Safety tips including awareness, staying vigilant, and keeping safe
Attendance is free and no prior registration needed.
