Indoor Yard Sale

Participate as a seller and or a shopper at our upcoming indoor community yard sale on March 31 from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm!

Sell Items:

If you're interested in selling items, register here! Due to space limitations, we are limiting participation to the first 10 individuals/households. Set-up for registered sellers can begin at 9:15 am, and please ensure all items are removed after the event, either by the owner or volunteers if unsold. This is not a drop-off site for donations. However, if you're looking to donate items, we've provided some options below.

Shop/Buy Items:

Come visit the event from 10:00 am - 1:00 pm in the Upstairs Room to shop for gently used clothes, toys, furniture, appliances, and more from your CTC neighbors!

What is a Garage (or Yard) Sale?

A yard sale is a wonderful opportunity to recycle your unneeded, gently used items and contribute to your community. Whether you're clearing out clutter or looking for a bargain, CTC's Yard Sale is perfect for you! Neighbors will come to see what items you have for sale. Remember, items should be undamaged, in good working condition, and free of odors and stains. Clothes, toys, books, small furniture, small appliances, household items, and kitchenware are just some examples of what you might find.

Donate Your Unsold Items

Not everything at a yard sale will be sold, but you can still make a difference by donating. If you choose not to drop off items at a nearby donation center, consider scheduling a free curbside pick-up with organizations like The Salvation Army or Disabled American Veterans of Minnesota.

To schedule a pick-up, click here and provide your zip code, item details, preferred pick-up date, and contact information. Pick-ups are available on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

Disabled American Veterans of Minnesota

To schedule a pick-up, click here provide your contact information, donation details, and preferred pick-up date. Pick-up dates are limited, so schedule in advance! Please have items out by 7 am the day of your scheduled pick-up.

This event, like the majority of CTC's events and groups, is made possible by one or more resident volunteers. 

Do you have an idea of an activity or event for our community? Or want to teach or learn a new skill or hobby or aspect of life? Do you want to help volunteer to bring your or other's ideas into fruition? Email CTC's Community Outreach Manager and/or join CTC's Programs Committee at our next meeting to brainstorm and discuss ideas!
