Vinyasa Yoga Class
Attend a free, mixed-level, Vinyasa Yoga class on Thursday evenings from 6:30 pm-7:30 pm in the Community Center's Upstairs Room!
Vinyasa Yoga is a style of yoga practice focusing on breathwork and sequences of postures. These classes offer guides movement that develops strength, flexibility, and the connection between, body, mind, and breath.

Class Details + Waiver
- No previous yoga experience necessary. This is a mixed-level class, meaning it is designed to be accessible to all.
- Come to class with:
- Bring a yoga mat, beach towel, small blanket, or other type of exercise mat.
- Wear comfortable clothing.
- Anything else is optional and not necessary, at least for our first session.
- All classes are free ($0) to attend.
- No prior registration required/drop-ins welcome.
- Before your first class, please complete the Yoga Liability Waiver.
- The instructor will use the following WhatsApp link to share updates to those who join the group.

About the Instructor:
Yoga classes are taught by Hannah Rusch, a yoga teacher who volunteered to teach the classes at CTC as a way of giving back to the community. Thanks, Hannah!!
