COVID-19 Update - May 8, 2020
Due to the ongoing uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic, the City of Falcon Heights has made the difficult decision to cancel the city’s summer programs. If you or a member of your household is registered for a recreation program, you will receive a full refund in the form of a check.
This was not an easy decision. The safety of our community is a priority. We understand that our summer programs bring joy to the families in our community. Canceling all programs is in the best interest of everyone to keep our residents and staff safe.
Our community is a strong and caring one, and we are confident that we will get through this. Please continue to stay safe and monitor www.falconheights.org for updated information and resources.

Marvelously Messy Art
Come explore the marvelously messy world of art, where little artists can squish, shape, blend, bend, mix, move, color and create. Your children will find artistic inspiration in nature while experiencing the art world through their senses.

Let's Build a Lego City!
In this Lego City, children will explore the world of transportation, structures, and what makes a city go! Students will learn about architecture and engineering as they build models of their favorite forms of transportation, as well as what makes a strong structure like a building or a bridge and other parts of a city. By the end of the class, we'll have a city full of buildings, vehicles, parks, and other awesome structures!

Summer Discovery Playgrounds
Come join your friends and our friendly staff once a week for tons of fun activities this summer! Participants will engage in fun games, crafts, and other themed activities. Please bring a nut free snack, water bottle, sunscreen, and dress your child according to the weather. Crafts and activities will not be repeated.

Awesome Animal Robotics
Students will work in teams to create a zoo of interactive and mechanical animals. Children will build robotic animals and explore different mechanisms such as tilt and motion sensors, motors, and coding skills to help them bring their creation to life, all while having fun learning important social and technical skills.
