Help Improve Our Resident Handbook – Volunteers Needed!

We are seeking volunteers to participate in a review of our updated Resident Handbook before it is officially implemented. This is your opportunity to share your perspective and help ensure the handbook remains clear, helpful, and relevant for our community.

We are forming small discussion groups (approximately five participants each) and are looking for both facilitators and participants:

• Facilitators will guide the conversation and coordinate the group.
• Participants will provide feedback on whether the handbook is easy to understand and includes the necessary information for both new and existing residents.

This review is not about changing policies unless something is incorrect or out of alignment. Instead, we want to know:

• Does the information make sense?
• Is it clearly written?
• Does it provide the guidance a new resident would need?
• Does it provide the guidance you need as a current resident?
