Community Participation in Board Election

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who participated in the Special Board Election, contributing to the success with an impressive voter turnout of 121 member-households, or 29% of eligible households at CTC!

Additionally, thank you to our event volunteers: your dedication to helping with check-ins and hand counting the ballots played a pivotal role in making our event not just successful, but truly meaningful and efficient. We couldn’t have done it without you!

Changes in Staff Leadership

We bid farewell to our interim Executive Director, Matthew Bombyk, who stepped down on November 17. A big welcome to our new interim executive director, Jeff Ciesynski, who has been a valuable part of CTC as Facilities Manager for decades. Jeff will be filling in for the role until our board appoints a new executive director.

Staffing Updates

The Board is actively working on hiring a new Executive Director. In the meantime, the current CTC staff is keeping up with all necessary functions of the current open roles.
