New Resident Special + Referral Program
New residents that move in by February 15, 2021 will get $200 off their first full month’s rent. Additionally, current CTC residents will receive a $100 credit to their rental account for referring new residents.
New Resident Special
New and current applicants: move in by 2/15/2021 and get $200 off your first full month’s rent.
- Move-in offer letter must be received after Dec. 15. Special does not apply to applicants previously scheduled to move in between Dec. 15-Feb. 15.
- If you previously applied for an earlier or later move-in date and now wish to move in between Dec. 15 and Feb. 15, please contact our Housing Coordinator
- To live in CTC, at least one household member must meet our academic eligibility requirements (more below)
- Special does not apply to current residents inquiring to transfer units.
Referral Program
Current Residents: Love where you live? Refer a friend and get rewarded!
If a current CTC resident refers a new resident, they will also receive a $100 credit to their rental account
- The new resident must be offered a unit after Dec. 15 and move in before Feb. 15
- The new resident must indicate your name and address in their application as the referral (use Additional Comments section). If the application was already submitted and thus unalterable, please have the applicant contact our Housing Coordinator with your information.

The University of Minnesota has greatly increased the list of students and professionals that can apply for co-op housing. In which, CTC is happy to welcome a home to to University of Minnesota students and professionals listed below, in addition to our previous eligibility requirements.

- New! Limited Professionals in Training: all job codes that qualify for the UMN student or resident health plan

Apartment Availability
We are currently leasing 2-bedroom apartments with flexible move-in dates through February 15, 2021. New applicants can apply online here. If you already submitted an application and it is now unalterable, please contact our Housing Coordinator with your updated desired move-in date and, if applicable, the name/address of the resident who referred you.
