Summer Safety Alerts & Reminders
Two vehicle break-in’s were reported occurring between 5/29-6/1/2016 in the Raleigh parking lot area and Gibbs Ave (east). UMPD were notified. Personal items were stolen (GPS and other misc. items). A resident reported seeing an individual walking through property attempting to open vehicle doors around 4:30am during this time period, and unfortunately did not call police. This is exactly when police authorities need to be contacted. PLEASE CALL IF YOU SEE SOMETHING. Please be aware of your surroundings at all times and report any unfamiliar persons at CTC.
PLEASE REMEMBER THE FOLLOWING:
• Be sure to remove ALL valuables from vehicle
• Be sure to lock vehicle doors and close windows
• Remove GPS/holders and stereo systems/players
• Remove bags, computers and any items that look of value
• Report ALL suspicious activity to UMPD (911)

CTC Management Team and the Board of Directors encourage residents to formulate an active Safety Patrol – Community Crime Watch
Residents are the eyes and ears of the community. The CTC Community is encouraged to get involved in building and maintaining a safe community through a Safety Patrol Watch. Walking through the property evenings/nights in teams, formulating a neighborly buddy walk and watch system for those walking home late at night or simply committing to looking out for suspicious activity regularly from the window and calling 911 if necessary.
CTC coming together to stand against crime builds a stronger and safer community. Be part of the commitment of standing together.
If you are interested in being part of a Community Safety Patrol Watch – contact 651-646-7526 or email: ctc@umnctc.org
