Welcome Back to Another School Year!
With the State Fair in full swing, we are approaching another new fall semester and the Board would like to remind you about a number of fun activities happening soon for CTC residents. On September 7th, stop by the Community Center between 7:45 and 9:30am to grab a bite at the Welcome Back Breakfast.

Celebrate our Community!
September 8th brings our Community Celebration, which starts at 5:30pm and ends at 7:30pm. Volunteering some of your time to the co-op is a wonderful opportunity to meet other residents and help build community; the Community Celebration needs volunteers to make the event successful, so consider giving an hour of your time to make it a fantastic time. The Fall Yard Sale!
Our fall yard sale is on September 10th from 8am to 1pm; be sure to register for the yard sale by September 2nd at the CTC front desk, or by emailing community@umnctc.org. Please email your address, name, email, phone and a description of what you are selling. All registered participants will be marked on a CTC property Map available at the CTC office Friday (9/9) before the sale.
Each sale will take place on each residents front yard area. This is a great opportunity to get out and enjoy the spring weather, meet new neighbors, and buy/sell your gently used things! Have questions? Email community@umnctc.org.

Reminder: Buses During the State Fair
Please note that during the State Fair, the bus stops at the Transitway and Commonwealth and Buford and Gortner are both closed; you can board the Campus Connector at Como & Cleveland; in addition, the State Fair brings a lot of visitors to our area, so be observant of your property and that of your neighbors.
