Do you have a friend or colleague interested in living at CTC?
Have them fill out an application and sign a lease on or before January 31, 2018 and you will be entered into a drawing for $100 off your rent, $50 gift card or $25 gift card. (Your name and address must be on the application.)
Word of mouth is the most effective tool to marketing and we need your help to spread the word in your department, social groups or simply wherever you go!

Fire Extinguisher Exchange
Every year your fire extinguishers need to be recharged to be working properly. The annual fire extinguisher exchange will happen the 2nd or 3rd week of February. Specific two dates will be announced soon. All residents will be required to exchange their fire extinguisher. This includes members and non-members. If households do not exchange their fire extinguishers a $20 charge will be assessed to your account and our maintenance will have to do the exchange for you.
Package Delivery – Holiday Season
The holiday season typically increases package deliveries along with a potential rise in missing packages.
We encourage you to have packages delivered with a signature required or have a neighbor take in the package for you.
Inform CTC Office if you will be away for extended period of time from the property.
Winter Parking at CTC – Plan in advance
Snow Emergencies: will be declared on an as needed basis with advance notice
Traveling over winter months: If you travel over the winter months be sure to make arrangements for your vehicle to be moved in case of snow emergency to avoid being towed. Store your vehicle at another location or give a friend your car keys to move if necessary. CTC has a designated winter parking lot area on a monthly fee basis.
Contact CTC Office about the winter “Snow Bird” parking area available on a come first serve basis. Parking fees will apply.

Silent Auction Fundraiser to support CCCC
Wednesday, December 6th
7:00am-10:00PM
A silent auction fundraiser will be held to benefit Community Child Care Center online at www.biddingowl.com/CCCC. Items will also be displayed in the common area of the Community Center. Items to be auctioned include Guthrie Theater tickets, MN Saints baseball Spa Gift basketball, Art Supplies, Cooking basket and more.
Preschool Story Time
Thursday, December 7th and 21st: Preschool story time in Mandarin Chinese in the Fireplace room the Community Center at 10:30am.
Sewing Group
Learn and/or practice to sew with Marlys Gray every Wednesday 10am -12 pm in the Fireplace room of the Community Center. No Sewing December 27th.
English Conversation Group
Gloria leads this group meets every Tuesday from 10-11:30 am in the Fireplace room of the Community Center. This is a great way to practice your English and get to know your neighbors! No Conversation group December 26th.
