Energy Use Reminder – Heating Season
The heating systems are in full operation for the season. We ask that you help conserve energy by turning thermostats down when opening windows during these warmer weather days.
Window policy reminder – In heating season keep windows closed. If fresh air is needed, open front door for a short time. Do not walk away from open windows when temperature is below 32 degrees. Your heating pipes will freeze causing leaks and you will be responsible for the repair costs. Any windows neglectfully left open will be subject to a $75 fine.
CTC Property SMOKE FREE
The entire CTC grounds are designated Smoke and Tobacco Free
There have been recent reports of residents and visitors smoking on property. This is violation of the No Smoking Policy.
Full Enforcement of the No Smoking Policy is in effect
Violators of the policy receive a First and final warning with $50 fine. A second offense eviction.
Be sure to inform all visitors of the Smoke Free Property Policy
Safety Alert – Report of stolen bike
A bike was stolen in the south end of property near Como Ave and Raleigh.
CTC Community needs to be on the watch for any and all suspicious activity - CALL 911!
