Move in Details

Pick up CTC Keys:

Because you have completed the New Resident Orientation Meeting, your move in should be smooth. You can either make an appointment on your move in day or pick up keys between 8:30AM-12PM and 1PM-4PM at our front desk.

You will pay your prorated rent for the remaining days of the month and membership ($150) if you are choosing to become a member.

Payments Accepted: Check, Money Order or Credit Cards (credit cards will be issued a $15 service fee). NO CASH IS ACCEPTED.

Things to remember to pick up:

• Keys for your apartment
• Parking Pass for your registered vehicle(s)
• Visitor parking pass (single day and week passes free of charge, 30 day visitor passes have a fee of $30)
• Study Center key if you would like to sign one out with a $25 refundable deposit.

It is important that you review the Maintenance Video specific to your apartment. This video will give you important information about general guidelines specifically for your unit at CTC. This video should be viewed by all adult residents prior to moving into CTC. Each resident will also have the opportunity to personally meet with a maintenance technician to walk through your apartment and discuss this information.

This maintenance walk through is optional and can be scheduled 1-2 days after your move in day for one of the following windows of time.  It needs to be scheduled between the hours of 8AM-11AM and 1PM and 3PM Monday- Friday.
