Software Upgrade Details
The CTC Management team is very excited to have an updated software system to streamline internal operations and also to benefit our residents in the near future.
The management staff asks for your patience in this process as we will be closed for training December 11-13th. Beyond training, we ask also for your patience as our team becomes accustomed to the new layout and configuration. This may mean a slight delay in response time contrasting to previous expectations and experiences. In case of any maintenance emergency, our staff is on site and will be able to handle any issues. The next steps in this software upgrade is that in 2019 you will be able to sign in to your own personal portal which will allow you to
- Pay your rent online
- Update all of your contact information instantly
- Upload fillable forms and submit entries online.
