CTC and Co-op Members/Residents:

The CTC Resident Handbook is subordinate and subject to the provisions of the CTC Bylaws, Articles of Incorporation and the terms of the CTC lease. In the event of any conflict between the Handbook, the Bylaws, Articles of Incorporation, or lease agreement can be changed at any time. The CTC Bylaws, Articles of Incorporation and/or lease terms shall be controlling.
